Post-COVID era has brought unprecedented focus on Indoor Air Quality, Sanitized and Disinfected Spaces, Healthy Food options and workplace fitness which led to additional responsibilities to the Facility and Property Management professionals.

A whole lot of workplace wellness programs and industry certifications that aligned with an organization’s sustainability objectives have become part of Facility / Property Management deliverables.

While there are multiple guidelines and playbooks available in the global context to design and execute such programs in house, there are hardly any in the Indian scenario.
